Harry

Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles in the way he's known for the music world, is an British composer and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994, and is the son of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools, created a band named White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. They won the Battle of Bands in 2009, thanks to their outstanding results. Despite having always shown interest in music he also wanted to be a lawyer or the profession of physiotherapist. In order to provide for the needs of his children, he spent some time at a baker's shop. In the year 2010, Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he performed the song Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. This was the reason that the group split. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who suggested Harry Styles to be part a future group called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group, and they founded in the year 2010. The group sang the Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would Be Sucky Without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart in the competition, which helped them become one of the top contenders for winning the competition. However, they finished third, behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell did not win the competition. However Cowell offered Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
